Our Programs

From the Swiss Mindfulness Institute we offer programs based on the practice of mindfulness, from Yoga, Meditation, Interpersonal Mindfulness, and intuition trainings.

Intuition Trainings - Extra Ocular Vision

This program, based on Mindfulness practices and extrasensory dynamics is designed to strengthen intuition as a skill that facilitates the way we relate to our internal and external world, improves the way we perceive reality, how we process information internally and how we express ourselves to the outside.

From the Swiss Mindfulness Institute we offer one to one classes online and in person, and trainings to train facilitators of this practice.

Interpersonal Mindfulness

The practice of interpersonal mindfulness includes processes where people learn to relate to each other from a space free of judgments and labels, building a deeper connection with oneself and with the other participants. It is a practice where high levels of presence are experienced.

Yoga

The life coaching processes are based on self-observation and the use of tools that allow participants to set goals and obtain concrete results with the appropriate professional accompaniment.

EXTRA OCULAR VISION TRAINING FOR KIDS AND PARENTS

Welcome to our exciting family workshop dedicated to improving extraocular vision and how it can positively impact our children's learning in school.

We will embark on a journey of discovery and practice to strengthen our children's peripheral vision, essential for effective learning in school. In addition, we will include yoga and breathing sessions as complementary tools to prepare our children for extraocular vision activities with a centered mind and body. Now, let me explain why this combination is ideal:

Advantages of extraocular vision in school learning: extraocular vision is the ability to perceive objects and details in the peripheral range of our vision, which means we can see what is around us without looking directly. This ability is essential for school learning for several reasons:

Improved concentration: By enhancing extraocular vision, our children will be able to stay focused in the classroom without being easily distracted by peripheral stimuli.

Improved reading: Stronger peripheral vision facilitates fluent reading by allowing children to process whole words and sentences at a glance.

Improved comprehension: Better peripheral vision will help them grasp the context of the information they are studying, allowing them to better understand concepts.

Reduced visual stress: By avoiding eye fatigue and eyestrain, children will be able to study longer without feeling tired or uncomfortable.

Yoga and breathing sessions: Before diving into extraocular vision techniques, it is essential to prepare the body and mind. For this reason, we have incorporated yoga and breathing classes into this workshop.

Relaxation: Yoga and breathing will help our children relax and release any accumulated tension before beginning extraocular vision activities. A relaxed body is more receptive to learning.

Concentration: Yoga and breathing techniques will teach our children to focus their mind and improve their concentration, which will be invaluable when we practice extraocular vision.

Improved posture: Yoga will also help improve our children's posture, which is crucial for maintaining good vision and avoiding eye problems.

Workshop structure

The workshop will last 4 hours and will follow the following structure:

Yoga and breathing class to relax and prepare the body and mind.

Extraocular vision practice, where our children will learn and apply techniques to strengthen their peripheral vision, and parents will receive training on how to support children on a daily basis with a guided routine to continue practicing at home.

Conclusions: We are confident that this family workshop will be an enriching experience for everyone. By strengthening extraocular vision and preparing the body and mind through yoga and breathing, we are giving our children valuable tools to enhance their learning at school. We hope everyone enjoys this journey and that the benefits are reflected in our children's academic success.

Let's get started on this exciting journey towards improved vision and learning!
